Dr. Troy M. Tanji is a board certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in glaucoma.  He is a founding member of the Eye Surgery Center of Hawaii and serves as the Associate Medical Director.  He grew up in Waipahu and graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute.  After obtaining his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Hawaii, he received his ophthalmology training at the LSU Eye Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.  His glaucoma fellowship training was at the USC Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Tanji sees patients in his Waipahu and Kuakini offices by doctor referral.  He specializes in anterior segment eye procedures with particular interest in cataract and glaucoma surgery.
