Dr. Douglas Chu is a fellowship trained board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the latest techniques in laser cataract surgery with premium lens implants and laser vision correction. His goal is to individualize each surgery to his patient’s lifestyle in order to minimize their need for glasses or contact lenses.
Although Dr. Chu’s main office is in Honolulu, he is the only ophthalmologist serving the island of Molokai where his family is from. Dr. Chu is thrilled to provide the residents of that rural island the same cutting edge technology at Eye Surgery Center that he offers to his Honolulu patients.
